Free produce on Wednesdays in June | vegetales gratis los miércoles durante el mes de junio6/5/2020 Free produce on Wednesdays in June, from 3-5 p.m. in the parking lot between the University Memorial Center (UMC) and the Center for Academic Success and Engagement (CASE) on the University of Colorado Campus near Broadway and Euclid.
Attendees can walk up or drive through to receive one 20lb box of fresh produce. A line following social distancing requirements will be in place for walk-up attendees. Staff will be present to direct vehicle traffic in the drive-through lane, where food will be loaded into your trunk. The produce pop-up is free and open to CU Boulder students, faculty and staff, and any resident of Boulder and Broomfield county. The event is sponsored by the CU Boulder Food Assistance Program and Community Food Share. Instruction for attendees · You will receive one box fresh produce. · Walk-up attendees will need to be able to carry 20 lbs of produce. Please bring bags with you to be able to carry away easily. · Drive-through attendees will pull into the parking lot and be directed which way to go. You are required to stay in your vehicle and we will bring the boxes of food to you. Please have your trunk or rear cargo door open. · You are required to wear a face mask, to be in alignment with the orders from Governor Polis and Boulder County. If you are not feeling well or have any symptoms, please stay home, and send someone else to help pick up food for you.
